What is check in/check out time?
Check in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 m — local hotel time.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
The Anchorage Downtown Hotel does NOT offer smoking rooms.
How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel May 15th-September 15th: During winter season a $9.95 per day fee may be charged.
Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available?
Only wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and guestrooms.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
The hotel does not have a fitness center onsite, However we do offer guest passes to The Powerhouse Gym located at 802 Gambell St., Anchorage, AK 99501. Phone: 907-277-6937
Hours of operation: M-F 4:30am-11:00pm, Saturday 7:00am- 8:00pm, Sunday 8:00am- 8:00pm
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
The Anchorage Downtown Hotel does not offer room Service, We do offer snacks for purchase in the lobby. And directions to several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel
Do you have a business center?
No, We have the high-speed internet thought the Hotel, We can print, copy and Fax in the lobby if needed
Do you have a pool?
The Anchorage Downtown Hotel does not have an on-site pool. Ask our guest services representatives for assistance with local pool/aquatic options.
Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
The Anchorage Downtown Hotel does not offer a spa onsite, however a top rated spa is located less than a mile from the hotel, Our guest services can arrange transportation to and from the spa if needed.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, we have a shuttle service that can be scheduled to pick you up and drop you off at Ted Stevens International Airport, Please notify the front desk if the shuttle will be needed. During the summer season May 15th- September 15th the Shuttle is free, During the off season the fee for the shuttle is $15.00 each way to or from the airport.

The hotel is located at 826 K Street at 9th Avenue
Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
The hotel offers onsite self parking for an overnight fee of $7.00 USD. Parking is not included in the hotel room rate.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs? Is there a charge?
Yes all our guest rooms accommodate rollaways’ and cribs. There is no charge for rollaways’/cribs.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website that your reservation originated with to make changes to your itinerary. These changes will then be reflected in our system.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Guests must be at least age 18 to register at the hotel.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
The hotel's standard cancellation policy is 72 hours (*please note some reservation bookings may have different cancellation penalties — review your confirmation or itinerary for more details). Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00pm local hotel time.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
We do require a photo ID at time of check in for all reservations.
What age do kids stay for free?
Children 12 and under stay free with an adult in existing bedding. Children age 12 and over will be charged an additional fee of $15.00 per night.
Do you have connecting rooms?

Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes. The hotel does not issue refunds for early departures

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We require a credit card for guarantee of a registration however payment by, credit card, or cash upon departure for charges is accepted.
Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
No, pets are not accepted. However we can make some exceptions depending on the season. Guest must sign a release form upon check-in and granted permission prior to making a reservation.
I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?
